The AI Civilization Map is the integrative world model of Hi K Robot. It connects the structural pressures identified by K Robot Analysis, the capability pathways examined by K Robot Perspectives, and the real-world entities mapped by K Robot Matrix. Its purpose is to show how AI becomes a civilization-scale system only when infrastructure, technology, industry, institutions, capital, geopolitics, and society interact.
The map is not a forecast, a ranking, or a collection of technology trends. It is an evidence-grounded structural atlas. Every active branch must correspond to observable systems, documented capability, measurable constraints, or clearly identified relationships in the real world.
AI is often discussed as software alone. The map records the deeper systems—power, chips, networks, factories, institutions, capital, and political boundaries—that determine what AI can actually become.
The map expands outward from physical foundations through compute, coordination networks, cognition, embodied systems, institutions, geopolitics, and finally the social layer.
Read each layer as part of a connected system. A bottleneck in energy, packaging, networks, capital, regulation, or social legitimacy can redirect the development of every other layer.
K Robot Lab begins with the physical foundations of AI systems and expands through energy, semiconductors, compute, packaging, networks, machine cognition, robotics, industrial execution, space, capital, institutions, geopolitics, and labor. The social layer remains the outermost layer because it records the downstream consequences of changes occurring across the deeper technical, economic, and institutional system.

The map is never finished. Reality is its editor.
AI Civilization is treated here as an evolving structural model, not a prediction or slogan. New nodes are added only when they clarify the system; relationships are revised when evidence changes; and inactive or misleading nodes should be removed rather than preserved for narrative continuity.

This monthly summary records the most recent visible changes to the active map. It is intentionally concise; additions and removals are governed by evidence, structural relevance, and cross-layer traceability rather than publication frequency.
No active node was removed in this revision. Nodes may be demoted, archived, or removed when evidence weakens, structural relevance declines, or a relationship no longer improves the map.
This archive is preserved as a future research layer supporting the development of the AI Civilization Map. The interface is currently inactive and exists for structural testing within K Robot Lab. If enabled, it may provide access to historical market observations, working notes, and educational research materials documenting how the framework evolved over time.
